 Prof. Dr. Dr. Gunter Festel
has various university degrees in natural & social sciences including a PhD in chemistry and a PhD in economics. After a professional career with Bayer, Arthur D. Little and McKinsey he founded his own investment company FESTEL CAPITAL. He has developed the Founding Angels investment model and has (co-) founded more than 15 technology companies. Furthermore, he is professor for High-Tech and Life Science Venturing at the Technische Universität Berlin and Research Fellow for Technology Financing at the University of Basel.
 Dr. Tim Friedrichson
holds degrees in biochemistry and cell biology. After his PhD he held different positions within a start-up biotech company and worked for the Max-Planck- Society. He focuses on the translational aspects of R&D, product development and business management. Currently he is CEO of Aquarray and Cerefort.
ADVISORY BOARD
 Prof. Dr. Tilman Grune
is the Scientific Director of the German Institute of Human Nutrition and head of the Department of Molecular Toxicology as well as Professor for Molecular Toxicology at the University of Potsdam and Professor of Physiological Chemistry and Cellular Biochemistry at the University of Vienna. His research is directed towards the damage of proteins in cells and tissues during aging and induced by metabolic or redox challenges. Specifically, his work aims to identify how nutrition may influence the generation and degradation of these damaged proteins.
 Dipl.Ing. Andreas Traube
has 20 years of experience in technology commercialization in the life sciences, laboratory equipment and pharmaceutical sectors. He is currently head of the Laboratory Automation and Biomanufacturing Engineering department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation. He co-founded the Fraunhofer spin-off Dispendix GmbH in 2016 and built it up to a successful exit.
 Dr. Claudio Rhyner
is the CEO of Davos Biosciences AG. He has a long track record in basic research in the allergy field as research group leader at the SIAF (Swiss Institute for Allergy and Asthma Research). He was also CEO of the start-up company Davos Diagnostics focusing on point-of-care diagnostics.
